1. Are the digital products on Nourish by CH for treatment purposes?
No, our Motivational cards are not meant to diagnose or treat eating disorders, disordered eating, or any other mental health condition. During nutrition consultations, some of these topics will be addressed, but please view our Service Policy for more on the scope of our work.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, while Woocommerce also facilitates payment by most major credit and debit cards, Bancontact, iDEAL, Sofort and SEPA Direct Debit (for our EU customers).
3. Will I be able to gift my digital download to someone else?
Yes of course! When you purchase your item, you should be provided with a download link, or the download may start automatically. Save the download and feel free to email or print the product for your loved one.
4. How do I use a coupon for my purchase?
After you add product(s) to your basket. Select view basket, or use the cart icon on the right of the screen. Enter the relevant coupon code, click “Apply Coupon” and wait for the page to refresh. You should then be able to check out either with PayPal or Woocommerce. If you miss it on the cart pack, you can also add a coupon on the checkout page.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-refundable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products such as printables and graphics
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
