BMI is a screening tool to categorise a person’s risk of health problems. It’s not the only tool that should be used, and definitely is not the most effective, but it is easy to use. What’s one thing you feel like you chat about way too often? The Academy isn’t simply a "lifestyle change", as many programmes are often set up to be, but instead aims to incorporate all aspects of an individual, including their social and mental health. I want you to be able to take away habits and tools that you can continue to use to improve your relationship with your body.
